We will happily arrange a refund or exchange on any item returned to us within three weeks of the order date. Goods must be returned in original condition, with an explanation as to the reason for return. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
In the event of an exchange due to incorrect delivery of order, a second delivery charge will not be applied. However, in the case of a change of mind exchange, all applicable shipping costs will be charged.
